About Us

Employee Ownership

Quality Staffing is a local, Employee-Owned boutique staffing firm, whose unique qualifications have allowed us to thrive in the highly competitive RTP marketplace for more than 20 years. Due to our extensive experience and our national certification as a Woman-Owned Business, we are widely respected as a diversity vendor of the highest repute.

At Quality Staffing, all assignments are critical, all clients are invaluable. All candidates are treated with the respect they deserve. We listen carefully to your needs and look beyond the obvious for creative solutions.

Long-term partnerships are the foundation of our business. We have worked hard over the years to earn the respect of clients and candidates alike. We boast an extremely high retention rate. At Quality Staffing we deliver quickly and consistently, placing quality at the center of everything we do.

The open environment of our office encourages us to work together as a team to find the best solutions for your staffing challenges. Our dedicated professionals are here to provide you with personalized service by consulting with you every step of the way. As an employee-owned company, we offer you the advantage of dealing directly with the owners. In 2012, Phyllis Eller-Moffett decided she wanted to “give back” to the people who helped make this company a success. To this end, Quality Staffing instituted an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) as an ideal strategy to plan for the future of the Company. Becoming an ESOP ensures that the Company can continue its success for decades to come. Our program allows both our in-house staff and our temporary/contract employees to take part in this unique ownership opportunity.

Quality Staffing Specialists began providing temporary help to the Triangle area of North Carolina in 1995. Our Triangle staff has over 122 years cumulative staffing and human resources experience. This, as well as our commitment to service, has led us to become one of the largest independently owned personnel services in the Triangle.
